OUR STAFF

Thomas Bry, Owner

Thomas has been the owner and operator of The Enrichment Garden since February 2009. With his background in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Healthcare Administration, Thomas handles the day to day operations of the business along with all insurance related issues. Thomas began The Enrichment Garden as an extension of a dream my mom already had in place; to offer a place for all children of any stage in life to help them succeed and become the greatest members of society. Thomas is proud of all the professionals that we have here at The Enrichment Garden and believe we have the best program in the area. In his free time he enjoys spending time on the river, spending time with friends and family, and traveling as much as possible.

Shannon Welle Bry

Chrysanthemum Lead, Co-owner

Shannon has been a part of The Enrichment Garden family since fall of 2010, first as a teacher, later as a mother and now both. Shannon has a bachelors in Literature with a Theatre Minor from Saint Mary's University in Winona, MN. Shannon, together with her husband, Erik, have two little girls. Shannon and her family enjoy camping and being on the river in the summer. During the winter Shannon enjoys snuggling up with a hot cup of tea and a good book, while dad plays outside in the snow with the kids.

Hannah Myers

Daycare Director

Hannah moved back to North Dakota in 2022, after spending three and a
half years in California with her husband Chancellor and dog Rebel. She
completed her bachelors in Elementary Education, while teaching in a
preschool classroom there. In her free time, Hannah enjoys playing card
games, cooking and being outside. She is the Daycare Director at Granny
Annie's Enrichment Garden, where she uses her experience to support the
staff and the families.

Gage Anderson

School Age Lead

Hi I'm Gage Anderson, I'm 22 years old and I've been working with little ones since I was a senior in high-school. A little information about myself, I have lived in Bismarck my whole life with my parents and my 2 younger brothers. I went to Legacy high-school and was very involved in sports. After I got my diploma I decided to go to BSC for 2 years to get my generals degree.
Before I started working with your little ones I worked for Sunrise elementary as the after school program lead for 4 years. Im grateful to be working with your children and can't wait to continue working with them.

Anne Bry

Director of Therapy Services

Anne Bry, CCC- SLP, COM graduated from Moorhead State University with a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Anne is a Certified Orofacial Myologist. She is also certified in TummyTime!™ treating infant oral motor development and its relationship to breast and bottle feeding, breathing and infant milestones in communication, play and social interaction.
Anne also specializes in feeding disorders, autism, cleft lip and palate, childhood apraxia of speech, stuttering, literacy/reading, social communication as well as receptive/ expressive language disorders in toddlers, pre-school and school-aged children, as well as young adults.
Anne is trained in the SOS Feeding Therapy, AEIOU Feeding Therapy, Infant General Movement and Beckman Oral Motor Assessment/Intervention. As an Orofacial Myologist Anne is able to assess the airway, oral rest posture, sleep disordered breathing and how these areas may be negatively affecting your child's attention, learning and overall well being. She works with a multi- disciplinary team to achieve optimal results for your child!
Anne's experience includes working in public schools, early childhood intervention sites, private schools, pediatric rehabilitation hospitals, as well as pediatric and adult traumatic brain injury sites.
In addition to her work as a Speech Language Pathologist, Anne serves on the Cleft Lip and Palate team providing team intervention approach to families of children with cleft lip and palates. Anne is an active member of the Bismarck Sertoma Club, who are committed to speech and hearing needs within our community. Anne has been a guest speaker in the topic of oral motor development to surrounding hospitals and medical support staff. She has also been a guest presenter at The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) national convention in regards to the team approach for social communication within the childcare setting.
Anne serves on the executive committee for the International Association of Orofacial Myology (AIOM), holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence with the American, Speech, Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), and is a member of the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association.

Erin Isaacson

Lead Occupational Therapist

Erin Isaacson was born and raised in Bismarck, ND. She graduated from the University of Mary in 2018 with a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and a minor in Psychology. Erin loves working with pediatrics because of their silly personalities and their ability to always keep you on your toes! Away from work, she enjoys spending time outside and chasing around her two little boys. Erin has been part of the Enrichment Garden team since 2019.

Bailey Boraas

Occupational Therapist

Bailey has been a part of The Enrichment Garden since spring of 2020. Bailey is from St. Paul, MN. She completed her undergraduate degree at The University of Jamestown and received her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy at The University of Mary. Bailey has training in pediatric feeding therapy (AEIOU), CVI (cortical visual impairment), Tummy Time! Method, reflex integration, social skills, and Astronaut program. Bailey enjoys the novelty, gratification, and excitement of working with children across all age ranges. In her free time Bailey enjoys playing volleyball with her friends, visiting her family, and working out.

Samantha Leingang

Occupational Therapist

Samantha Leingang is from Mandan, ND. She graduated from the University
of Mary in 2019 with a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Samantha
is an ADHD-Certified Clinical Service Provider and utilizes a variety of
therapeutic approaches to ensure she provides skilled, individualized
services. She has a personal interest and clinical experience working
with children with ADHD, Autism, and behavioral difficulties. In her
free time, Samantha enjoys camping with her dog, playing softball and
volleyball, remodeling her house, and cooking.

Sarah Scott

Occupational Therapist

Sarah Scott began at the Enrichment Gardens in the fall of 2022. She graduated from the University of Mary with a Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree at the end of summer 2022, becoming a licensed therapist shortly after. The same passion that brought Sarah into this field still holds true today - to enrich the lives of others and increase quality of life. Sarah has extensive experience working with all ages of children and individuals with disabilities and is a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor. Outside of work Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, their little boy, and their dogs. Sarah is originally from Bowman, ND where she grew up on a farm/ranch. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family/friends and anything outdoors, especially riding horse, bonfires, hiking, and hunting.

Kylee Spencer

Speech Therapist

Kylee was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She received her Bachelor of Science in Education with Comprehensive Communication Disorders in 2018 from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology in 2020 from Minot State University. Kylee has training in the treatment and diagnosis of Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), TBI (traumatic brain injury), and communication supports for AAC. She has clinical experience in articulation/phonology, language, social aspects, augmentative alternative communication, and treating children with an intellectual disability, Autism, and Down Syndrome. In her free time Kylee enjoys spending time with her family and pets. She also spends time outdoors, reading and cooking.

Brittany Thurn

Office Manager

Brittany Thurn joined The Enrichment Garden Therapy Center in August '22 and was recently promoted to Office Manager. She is available from 9-3 Monday thru Thursday to assist families with questions about getting started in therapy or scheduling. Please contact Brittany with any questions about events organized by The Therapy Center. Brittany grew up in Bismarck and lives here with her family. Outside of work, she keeps busy outdoors, cooking, gardening and reading.
