Thomas has been the owner and operator of The Enrichment Garden since February 2009. With his background in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Healthcare Administration, Thomas handles the day to day operations of the business along with all insurance related issues. Thomas began The Enrichment Garden as an extension of a dream his mom already had in place; to offer a place for all children of any stage in life to help them succeed and become the greatest members of society. Thomas is proud of all the professionals that we have here at The Enrichment Garden and believe we have the best program in the area. Thomas, and his husband, Dayton, are proud parents to an active toddler, Beasley. Thomas and his family enjoy spending time on the river, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Chrysanthemum Lead, Co-owner
Shannon has been a part of The Enrichment Garden family since fall of 2010, first as a teacher, later as a mother and now both. Shannon has a bachelors in Literature with a Theatre Minor from Saint Mary's University in Winona, MN. Shannon, together with her husband, Erik, have two little girls. Shannon and her family enjoy camping and being on the river in the summer. During the winter Shannon enjoys snuggling up with a hot cup of tea and a good book, while dad plays outside in the snow with the kids.
Daycare Director
Hannah completed her bachelor's in Elementary Education at Walden University while teaching in a preschool program in California. She and her husband moved back to North Dakota in 2022. They have a spunky little girl and try to spend as much time outside as possible. Hannah likes to play games and try new recipes in her free time. As our Daycare Director, Hannah uses her experience to support Granny Annie's staff and families.
Director of Therapy Services
Anne Bry, MS, CCC-SLP, graduated from Moorhead State University with a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Anne began her career in the public school system before moving to the hospital setting; then, in 1995, she decided it was time to open her own private practice.
Anne specializes in feeding disorders, orofacial myology disorders, oral motor disorders, cleft lip and palate, infant feeding and general movement, childhood apraxia of speech, stuttering, literacy/reading, and social communication. She works with children of all ages and young adults.
Anne is certified in TummyTime!™, treating infant oral motor development and its relationship to breast and bottle feeding, breathing, and infant milestones in communication, play, and social interaction. Anne began coursework in 2018 to become Certified in the Orofacial Myology field. She completed that coursework (Certified, Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders, IAOM, 2010, #152) in 2020. This coursework developed a broader understanding of Orofacial disorders, allowing her to provide more thorough treatment for her clients. Anne is a leading provider of Orofacial Myofunctional Disorder treatments in North Dakota.
Anne has extensive training in the SOS feeding therapy, AEIOU Feeding Therapy, Infant General movement, and Beckman Oral Motor Assessment/Intervention.

Anne is the proud mother and grandmother of six children and ten grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Tom, and her family and enjoying the beauty that North Dakota has to offer.
Occupational Therapist
Bailey has been a part of The Enrichment Garden since spring of 2020. Bailey is from St. Paul, MN. She completed her undergraduate degree at The University of Jamestown and received her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy at The University of Mary. Bailey has training in pediatric feeding therapy (AEIOU), CVI (cortical visual impairment), Tummy Time! Method, reflex integration, social skills, and Astronaut program. Bailey enjoys the novelty, gratification, and excitement of working with children across all age ranges. In her free time Bailey enjoys playing volleyball with her friends, visiting her family, and working out.
Occupational Therapist
Samantha Leingang is from Mandan, ND. She graduated from the University of Mary in 2019 with a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Samantha is an ADHD-Certified Clinical Service Provider and trauma informed care provider utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches to ensure she provides skilled, individualized services. She has a personal interest and clinical experience working with children with ADHD, Autism, and behavioral difficulties. In her free time, Samantha enjoys camping with her dog, playing softball and volleyball, and cooking.
Speech Therapist
Kylee was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She received her Bachelor of Science in Education with Comprehensive Communication Disorders in 2018 from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology in 2020 from Minot State University. Kylee has training in the treatment and diagnosis of Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), TBI (traumatic brain injury), and communication supports for AAC. She has clinical experience in articulation/phonology, language, social aspects, augmentative alternative communication, and treating children with an intellectual disability, Autism, and Down Syndrome. In her free time Kylee enjoys spending time with her family and pets. She also spends time outdoors, reading and cooking.
Office Manager
Brittany joined The Enrichment Garden Therapy Center in 2022. She enjoys working with children and uses her years of experience in office management and childcare to support the therapists and patients. Brittany is available to assist families with questions about getting started in therapy or scheduling. Please contact her with any questions about events organized by The Therapy Center. Outside of work, Brittany spends time camping, gardening and reading with her husband and three children.
